Services and Programs
  • Reference - Inhouse, over the phone at 344-1112 or    by email to Reference
  • Renewal of materials over the phone or through email to Item Renewal
  • Genealogy plus a History and Genealogy Club of Collinsville (HGCC) meeting the 4th Thursday from 6:00-8:00pm at the Library.  For more information, email Genealogy.
  • Internet, Software & E-mail Access with Networked and Wi-Fi Computer Access using one of our 22 public access terminals or one of our wireless laptops or your own.
  • Computer Instruction - Call for details or email Computer Instruction for one on one basic lessons on our databases, card catalog, email or internet basics.
  • Homebound Delivery - Have materials delivered to your home.  Call 344-1112 or email Homebound to register for this special service.
  • Proctoring of Exams - We will serve as a proctoring agency if you need an intermediary to help you with online or distance learning.
  • Children and Young Adult Programming - Many programs monthly.  For more information see our Kidz Korner or email our Youth Services Librarian for more info.
  • Florence Burkholder Community Room - Relax and watch tv, play the piano, have a cup of coffee, play cards at one of our tables, or just hang out.  You are always welcome.  The room can be rented by organizations and businesses by calling the Library at 344-1112.
  • Ruth Eckart Programming Resource Center  - This Center is a unique combination of multi-media manipulatives and equipment that is geared to programmers (teachers, homeschoolers, parents, etc) who are looking for additional help in preparing for lessons for their audiences of any age. 
  • Carma Wilbert Adult Reading Room - a specially equipped room that is a combination of quiet study area and special instrumentation to aid visually and auditory impaired individuals. 
  • The Blum House  - The Blum House, 414 West Main (adjacent to the Library) can be rented by individuals, organizations and businesses for all type of occasions.   For more information, call the Library at 344-1112 or email him at Blum House rental for more information. 
  • Blum House Book Club - normally meets the last Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:00pm at the Blum House, 414 West Main (adjacent to the Library).   For more information, email Blum House Book Club
