catalog that combines all the state's
bibliographic records into a single, searchable
database.
ILLINET
Online is ILCSO's union catalog
of library "holdings." The Illinois Library
Computer Systems Organization (ILCSO)
is a consortium of 45 Illinois libraries.
The ILLINET Online database currently
contains records for over nine million
titles and over 22 million pieces, from
43* of the 45 ILCSO libraries.

approximately 12 million records representing
books, serials, computer files, manuscripts,
cartographic materials, music, sound recordings,
and visual materials in the Library's
collections. The Online Catalog also provides
references, notes, circulation status,
and information about materials still
